Job Description:
A precision skill, our portioned meat cutters strive to make attractive, clean cuts of meat that match the customer's weight specifications and minimize waste. Work with a small team of portion cutters, all motivated to achieve the perfect cuts.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm or Until the work is done, Saturdays for business needs
Essential Functions:
- Know or be willing to learn how to accurately portion squeezed meats
- Ability to handle knives safely
- You must have a good attitude towards the continuous improvement of your own skill.
- Detail-oriented
- Able to read and write numbers
- The desire and ability to follow general food safety practices (GMP, HACCP, SQF system)
- Maintaining a Safe Environment: Personal Safety and Food Safety
Secondary Job Duties:
- Help on the cutting floor (boning, trimming, etc.)
- Organize and prepare work areas and product throughout the day
Work environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to 40-degree temperatures and wet floor conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be high.
