Being a Teeth Whitening Tech you will be interacting with current and new clients. Each client requires approximately 45-60 minutes of treatment time. All appointments are are assigned to our Techs. If you are good are social media marketing and/or being a brand ambassador, there are additional opportunities to bring in new clients and earn very significant bonuses.
Experience in the teeth whitening industry is a plus! However, no dental licenses are necessary and no experience is needed - you will get paid training which takes 1-2 weeks. Because of the time we invest in our Techs, we really need you to be able to think long term and be able to make at least a one-year commitment to working with us.
The position is for a 1099 independent contractor. The guaranteed minimum is $15/hr but most of our Techs make quite a bit more based on commissions, bonuses, tips, and incentives.
