Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in a correctional healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Follow nursing standards, facility policies, and infection-control procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure safe, quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Previous correctional, LTC, or similar nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and assessment skills.
- Ability to work independently in a structured environment.
Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 per week
