ABOUT THE ROLE
The Personal Lines Support Associate provides day-to-day administrative and operational support that keeps our client advisors focused on what they do best. You’ll work closely with our advisors and carrier partners to process billing inquiries, manage correspondence, and keep our agency management system accurate and up to date.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Process billing inquiries and payments; track notices of cancellation from insurance carriers
- Maintain accurate data entry and records within the Agency Management System (AMS)
- Receive and distribute incoming correspondence — fax, mail, and email — to the appropriate team members
- Route inbound client calls to the correct advisor or department
- Support the Personal Lines team with additional administrative tasks as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience in an administrative or support role is a plus — insurance experience not required
- Professional, positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $35,000 - $45,000+
- Negotiable based on experience
- Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
