We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Line Operator to join our production team. The Line Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production line equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output. This role plays a key part in meeting production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
- Identify and report any mechanical issues or defects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Accurately complete production logs and documentation
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus
- Ability to operate machinery and use basic tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse setting
- May involve exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
- Requires standing, bending, and repetitive motions
Pay: $24.80 - $29.90 per hour
