ROLE OVERVIEW
Unitil has been incrementally building DevOps practices into its operations over several years but has not had a dedicated DevOps resource to help prioritize and drive that work forward. This role will own that effort.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and test YAML pipelines on the Azure DevOps platform for various Microsoft application platforms (.NET Framework, .NET Core, etc.)
- Integrate Unitil's newly acquired security platform, Snyk, into the build/deploy process
- Establish best practices and procedures for DevSecOps to standardize operations
REQUIREMENTS / MUST-HAVES
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (YAML)
- Experience with .NET application platforms (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core)
- DevSecOps experience, ideally including security tooling such as Snyk
- Strong communication skills, especially for non-USC/GC candidates
