About the Role
We are a high-quality regional fencing company looking for an experienced Fence Installer to join our field teams. We tackle residential and commercial projects, and we pride ourselves on building fences that look great and last for years.
This isn't an entry-level general labor job—we are looking for someone who already knows the basics of the trade, knows how to handle the tools, and takes pride in doing a clean, professional job. If you want steady, year-round work with a solid crew, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Install Fencing: Work in a team to install wood (including premium cedar and pre-stained wood), vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link fences.
- Layout & Prep: Dig post holes, set posts plumb in concrete, string clean lines, and assemble panels and framework according to project specs.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate outdoor power equipment, including augers, trenchers, miter saws, and standard hand/power tools.
- Site Clean-up: Keep the truck organized, handle materials efficiently, and leave the customer's property clean and tidy at the end of the day.
What We’re Looking For
- Fence Installation Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience specifically installing fences (not just general landscaping or demolition).
- Trade Skills: You know how to read a tape measure down to the sixteenth, pull a straight string line, and level a post.
- Physical Strength: Ability to handle heavy physical labor, lift 80+ lbs consistently, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliability: A solid work ethic, punctual attendance, and a valid driver's license to get to work or drive company vehicles.
Pay: From $150.00 per day
