Our mission is to deliver trusted, personalized care through exceptional physicians and dedicated teams working together for every patient. As a concierge practice, we maintain small patient panels so our providers can build strong relationships with patients and focus on delivering individualized, unrushed care.
You’ll be supporting 1 board-certified physician who values trust, teamwork, and relationship-driven care. This is a Monday–Friday, full-time, no weekends opportunity within a supportive clinical team that values quality over quantity.
What You’ll Do
Assist physician and other medical staff by performing administrative and clinical duties under the direction of a physician. Administrative duties may include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and maintaining medical records. Clinical duties may include preparing the treatment room for patient exams, recording patient medical history, and sterilizing medical equipment.
This position is ideal for those who wish to pursue a career in healthcare. This is a fast-paced role that calls for the ability to multitask, think on your feet, and work independently.
We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, empathetic, and positive. This role is critical to the entire patient experience.
General Accountabilities
· Escort patients to exam rooms, interviews patients, measure vital signs (including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature) and document all information in patient’s chart
· Check in patients, ensure they have insurance eligibility
· Ensure all related reports, labs, and information are available in patients’ medical records prior to their appointment
· Secure patient information and maintain patient confidentiality by completing and safeguarding medical records
· Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies; maintain instruments; prepare sterilization as required
· Keep supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
· Maintain all logs and required checks (i.e. refrigerator temperatures, expired medications)
· Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls
· Interview patients to obtain their medical history, work with other office staff, vital statistics, and test results in patient medical files

What You’ll Need
Experience:
- Exceptional customer service skills: 3 years (Required)
- Vital signs: 2 years (Preferred)
- EMR: 1 year, Epic is a plus (Preferred)
- Medical terminology experience (Required)
- Medical setting experience (Required)
- Proficient with Microsoft tools (Required)
- Phone systems (Required)
License/Certification:
- BLS, CPR, First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
- Phlebotomy certification (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Work Location: In person
- Full-Time (36.5 hours/week)
- Monday – Thursday: 8am–4pm
- Friday: 8am–3pm
- During Summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day), Friday 8am–2pm
