About the Role
As an Industrial Machinery Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource, ensuring the seamless operation of high-speed production lines. By leveraging your expertise in automation and mechanical systems, you will drive equipment reliability and minimize operational interruptions to meet production targets.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance on blow molding, extrusion, and automated packaging systems.

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults using advanced diagnostic tools and PLC interfaces.

Optimize machine performance by proactively identifying improvement opportunities and assisting in equipment installations.

Maintain rigorous documentation of maintenance activities and equipment health within the CMMS platform.

Foster a culture of safety by strictly adhering to LOTO, GMP, and PPE protocols during all repair and maintenance tasks.

Collaborate cross-functionally with production teams to communicate technical status and ensure smooth shift transitions.

Mentor junior staff by sharing technical knowledge and best practices to elevate overall team capability.
Qualifications-
5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.

Advanced troubleshooting proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Proven ability to interpret complex technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

Demonstrated experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation hardware.

Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and food quality regulations.

Direct experience with plastic extrusion, blow molding, or injection molding machinery.

Proficiency in machine shop fabrication, including welding, milling, and lathe operation.

Prior experience utilizing CMMS software for maintenance scheduling and asset tracking.
