Your Role: Making Life Better
As a Nurse Aide, you are the person our residents rely on most. You’ll make a real difference by:
- Providing Personal Care: Helping veterans with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and moving safely.
- Being a Vital Voice: Sharing your observations in team meetings to help shape each resident's care plan.
- Ensuring Comfort: Assisting with meals, keeping rooms tidy, and making sure our heroes feel at home.
- Monitoring Health: Taking vital signs and reporting changes to help keep our residents healthy.
Work Schedule
We offer steady, full-time schedules (40 hours per week) so you can plan your life:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
(Note: Includes a 30-minute lunch; requires rotating days and every other weekend. Telework is not available.)
What You Bring to the Table
- The Basics: You must have an active PA Nurse Aide Registry registration.
- The Heart: You are compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to high-quality care.
- The Bonus: Experience in long-term care is a plus, but your license and your drive to help veterans are what matter most.
