Job Summary:
The Field Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the production and service operations at Confidential Company. This role includes recruiting, training, and managing installers, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams. The Field Operations Manager will play a crucial role in meeting production quotas and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Training
o Recruit, hire, and train installers to meet the manpower quotas established by management.
o Enforce quality control for installation and service contracts.
2. Production Oversight
o Oversee day-to-day production activities and job site progress.
o Visit job sites daily to monitor progress and support installers.
o Meet with clients, as needed, to address concerns or changes.
3. Service and Warranty Management
o Respond promptly to customer requests for service or warranty work.
o Complete service tasks within a timely manner.
4. Job Tracking and Reporting
o Daily update of the job production board and the tracker.
o Communicate in real-time with the Administrative staff to ensure accurate job tracking.
o Run weekly production meeting with entire staff for status updates on each project ongoing and upcoming
5. Payroll Management
o Submit installer payroll to Accounting weekly for work performed.
o Ensure that any change orders are documented and approved prior to payroll submission.
6. Job Scheduling
o Contact clients before job start dates to confirm scheduling.
o Notify sales personnel of upcoming job start dates.
o Ensure installers have all necessary paperwork before job commencement.
o Maintain communication with clients as the start date approaches.
o Jobs must be started and completed within the timeframe committed.
7. Re-Measure and Pre-Construction Meeting
o After jobs is sold, conduct a remeasure with the designer to confirm all measurements and project scope.
o Meet with assigned installer for a pre-construction meeting the morning of the job start.
8. Collaboration with Sales Team
o Communicate with sales personnel regarding change orders, issues, additional costs, and scheduling conflicts.
9. Reporting
o Meet with the COO and CFO for production and service updates.
10. Quality Assurance
o Promote quality and efficient practices to maximize production capacity and ensure customer satisfaction.
11. Work Schedule
o Work hours may vary; the schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch. Adjustments to this schedule may occur based on company needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role in the home improvement industry.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with construction processes and warranty service is preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
