The Strategy & Operations Analyst will be a critical member of the Entertainment Earth Operations team, reporting to the SVP of Operations. This role goes beyond operational reporting: it is responsible for building a deep, data-driven understanding of who EE's customers are across both the Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale channels, and using that commercial understanding – along with purchasing, inventory, and process data – to drive strategic projects for the SVP and executive team.
This role is distinct from the financial planning and budgeting work led by FP&A; where FP&A owns the P&L and forecast, this role owns the question of who EE's business serves, where the priority growth and profitability opportunities are, and how EE can best deploy to execute against those priorities.
The Strategy & Operations Analyst plays a key role in giving executive leadership a clear, data-driven understanding of who EE's customers are and where the business's strategic opportunities lie – while also ensuring commercial and operational decisions are grounded in data and executed correctly. This position will own and lead discrete workstreams such as market sizing, financial modeling, scenario planning, and benchmarking, to deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
