Summary/Objective
The Occupational Medicine Clerk performs clerical duties as assigned including greeting patients and answering muti-line phone system.

Responsible for answering multi-line phone system and directing calls to the appropriate party.

Greet patients upon arrival at the clinic and provide them with all necessary paperwork or other information required for services.

Documents all encounters in assigned Electronic Medical Record System accurately. Scans all required documents.

Collects all fees required prior to services rendered as applicable.

Prepare patient packets for necessary testing to be performed.

Provides an appropriate clinic environment for patient care by maintaining the patient areas in an orderly manner and maintaining of the work environment.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 Years Experience in Occupational Medicine
Required License/Certifications
