Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in personal care homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents through personalized care and attention. Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring any changes are communicated to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive living environment.
- Uphold resident rights by ensuring privacy and dignity in all interactions.
- Administer first aid when necessary and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Drive residents to appointments or community activities as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living space, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans that meet the needs of each resident.
Experience
- Previous experience in personal care homes, assisted living facilities, or group homes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with home care practices and resident rights is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of vital signs monitoring and first aid procedures is desirable.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred for transporting residents within the community.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others in a caregiving capacity.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
