We are a growing pediatric dental practice looking for a friendly, reliable, and Spanish-speaking team member to join our front desk team as a Dental Scheduler.
No dental experience? No problem — we provide full training for the right person with a great attitude and strong communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Communicate with parents in both English and Spanish
- Help keep the schedule full and organized
- Answer phones, respond to texts, and assist with patient questions
- Support the front desk team with daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Friendly, positive, and patient-focused personality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
