What You’ll Do
As a Real Estate Growth Advisor, you will:
Work with qualified buyers and sellers
Follow up with and convert company-generated leads
Build relationships and guide clients through the real estate process
Conduct consultations, showings, negotiations, and transactions
Develop your skills through ongoing training and coaching
Follow proven systems designed to increase productivity and closings
Take ownership of your goals and consistently work toward becoming a top producer
What We’re Looking For
Required:
An active Michigan real estate license
A genuine desire to succeed
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professionalism and a client-first mindset
Coachability and willingness to implement proven strategies
