We are opening a new high-energy hospitality concept in Dallas — a Mexican fusion sports cantina shaped by Latin culture, Mexican culture, food, cocktails, sports, music, nightlife, content, art, fashion, and entertainment.
This is not a basic kitchen job. This is a kitchen built for movement, pressure, sabor, music, late nights, full tickets, hot stations, and people who know how to work with pride.
This kitchen will support brunch, lunch, dinner, and late-night service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
To execute that vision, our BOH team must be strong, organized, clean, consistent, and ready to perform from day to night.

Prior experience is not required for every role, but the standard will still be serious. We are open to training the right people if they bring coachability, consistency, humility, urgency, and respect for the work.

Experience in brunch service, high-volume restaurants, Mexican cuisine, prep production, expo, or fast-paced kitchens is highly valued, but not required for every role.
Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,102.06 per month
