Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail care and design.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend products for at-home maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient salon environment.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
- Knowledge of waxing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
