We are seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Client Service/Administrative Assistant to join our clients growing investment firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is intellectually curious, empathetic, and eager to build a long-term career in financial services.

You’ll work closely with senior team members gaining hands-on exposure to client relationships, operations, and the investment advisory process.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and ongoing service needs
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through responsive and empathetic communication
- Assist with account onboarding, maintenance, and documentation
- Coordinate client communications, meetings, and follow-ups
- Support advisors with reporting, client reviews, and portfolio-related materials
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all client-facing and operational tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Continuously learn about firm offerings, investment concepts, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional experience (financial services experience is helpful but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- High emotional intelligence—empathetic, patient, and client-focused
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- High integrity and professionalism
