This job is for our outdoor living division.
We build pergolas. We install our SkyPoly pergola roofs.
We are looking for a BILINGUAL Outdoor Living Project Consultant
This job is BOTH sales and project management!
Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, budget, and expectations
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, provide quotes, and close deals
- Oversee all phases of outdoor construction projects, from permitting to final walkthrough
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house crews
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the process
- Provide ongoing updates to ownership and team leads
Benefits:
- Salary is $70k – 90k based on experience (all in with commissions)

Requirements:
- Bilingual
- Previous experience in outdoor construction, general contracting, or residential construction sales preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Comfortable working in the field and office
- Knowledge of construction timelines, permitting, and materials
