Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lease-Up Specialist to lead the leasing and occupancy of a new luxury residential community. In this role, you will implement strategic leasing initiatives, engage with prospective residents, and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations. Your energetic, polished approach will help build strong relationships with prospective residents and deliver an exceptional leasing experience consistent with our community's luxury brand. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive lease-up strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals for a new luxury residential community.
- Engage prospective residents through tours, outreach events, and personalized communication that highlights the community's amenities, lifestyle, and value.
- Negotiate lease terms professionally, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while maintaining compliance with landlord-tenant law and fair housing regulations.
- Coordinate with property management teams to ensure all leasing documentation, including applications and disclosures, is accurate and complete.
- Utilize property management software such as OneSite/RealPage to track leads, applications, lease agreements, and occupancy data.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor pricing, and lease-up best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Deliver a high-touch, white-glove leasing experience consistent with the community's luxury brand standards.
- Partner with marketing to plan and execute lease-up events, promotions, and outreach campaigns.
Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a polished, professional communication style.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, fair housing regulations, and lease-up best practices.
- Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite/RealPage.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced lease-up environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset suited to a luxury clientele.
