- Promote available apartments through targeted marketing efforts, including digital platforms and community outreach
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about current industry trends and competitive offerings
- Negotiate lease terms effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Manage transactions from initial inquiry through lease closing, maintaining accurate records within customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Build strong client rapport through personalized communication, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate leasing activities, and streamline processes for efficiency

- Yardi and Blue Moon Lease experience
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse client populations effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales technology adoption tools for efficient workflow management
