Under the direction of the Director of Youth Services Bureau or designee, the Camp Counselor is responsible for supervising and engaging middle school students in a safe, fun, and supportive camp environment. Counselors lead and assist with a wide range of activities, including culinary, art, science, sports, and adventure-based programming—while serving as positive role models and ensuring the well-being of all campers.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or 16+ for junior counselor roles, if applicable).

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in education, recreation, or related field preferred.

Experience working with children in a camp, school, childcare, or recreational setting preferred.
