Home Building General Contractor is looking for an Assistant Construction Manager. We are looking for someone that is eager to learn how to build, likes to be outdoors, is well organized and methodical, slightly impatient, friendly and that truly enjoys people. We can teach the sticks and bricks stuff, but we need your smarts and passion.
We need your help with:
* Building homes
* Scheduling construction projects
* Checking jobs to make sure things are done right
* Keeping things moving along so projects get finished quickly
* Building trust and relationships with vendors and suppliers
* Communicating with all the folks it takes to build a home successfully
* Lots more stuff it takes to build homes like a pro, but we teach all of that
