Position: Territory Retail Manager
This is an entry-level management position designed for individuals who enjoy leading people, coaching teams, and driving results. No water treatment experience is necessary—we provide the training needed for your success.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview Retail Marketers
- Train and develop new team members
- Motivate and coach employees to achieve performance goals
- Create and manage weekly work schedules
- Maintain retail marketing programs within assigned stores
- Conduct store visits and complete weekly audits
- Meet minimum personal production expectations
- Lead weekly district conference calls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store management
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary plus commission
- Earning potential up to $72,000 annually
- 40-hour work week (Tues-Sat / 8-5)

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Sales, marketing, or retail experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Highly motivated, organized, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Ability to inspire and develop a successful team
