We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Lowell. This flexible opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their schedule while providing high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.
Position Responsibilities:

Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide treatment focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, balance, and safety

Recommend adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies to support resident independence

Collaborate with PTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to coordinate care

Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as needed

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:
