Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Gunsmith/Wood Specialist to join our team. This role combines expert craftsmanship in firearm customization, repair, and maintenance with specialized skills in woodworking and stock crafting. As a vital member of our operations, you will ensure that every firearm meets precise specifications while also delivering beautifully crafted wooden components. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-end firearms and custom woodwork in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Duties
- Disassemble, clean, repair, and assemble firearms with precision and care, adhering to safety standards and technical specifications
- Customize firearm components by modifying or replacing parts to enhance performance or aesthetics
- Craft, shape, and finish wooden stocks and grips using hand tools and woodworking machinery
- New and used grind to fit buttpad, buttplate installation
Experience
- Proven experience as a gunsmith or in firearm repair and customization with a strong understanding of mechanical systems
- Hands-on woodworking experience with proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and schematics
