Small long time Tempe tele-fundraising office that works with local charities. If you are looking for something stable, consistent, casual environment.
We are seeking outgoing, quick thinking, and hard working individuals who are able to sit and make 250-300 outbound calls per 6 hour shift (leads provided). Must be comfortable reading a script and be coachable. Unlimited earning potential!
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a customer service or collections position. It’s fundraising so you must be comfortable asking people for money to support their local community benefiting underprivileged youth. It requires you to be assertive, bold, and charismatic. If you can’t keep control of the call, this is not the position for you.

HOURS
8AM - 2PM (Monday-Friday) Approx. 28-30hrs/wk.
Training lasts approx 3-4 weeks in the evenings (M-Th 4pm-8pm, Every Other Sat 9am-1pm)
- Casual / small office environment
- Free coffee and snacks/donuts/bagel plus lunch every other week.
- Experienced preferred, Willing to Train
ex: tele-fundraising, collections, outbound / inbound sales, customer service
$15-18 an hour depending on experience +earned commission
-Sign On Bonus $250 paid after 30 days and $250 after 90 days.
