We’re partnering with a growing aviation parts and aftermarket services company in the Kendall area that’s looking to add an Account Manager – Aviation Sales to their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-based sales, account growth, and new business development. You’ll be given existing accounts to manage and grow, while also developing new customer relationships across the aviation, aerospace, and MRO markets.
This is a strong fit for someone who wants training, mentorship, direct leadership access, and a clear path to increase earnings as they build their book of business.
- Manage and grow a book of existing customer accounts.
- Build new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Identify opportunities to buy, sell, and lease aircraft materials.
- Sell inventory to current and prospective aviation customers.
- Build long-term relationships with aviation, aerospace, aftermarket, and MRO customers.
- Track sales activity, pipeline updates, customer notes, and follow-ups in internal systems.
- Monitor customer needs, market demand, inventory availability, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with leadership and internal teams to drive revenue and gross profit growth.
- 1+ year of sales experience in aviation, aerospace, aviation aftermarket, MRO, technical sales, industrial sales, or capital equipment sales is preferred.
- Strong prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage existing accounts while developing new business.
- Organized, self-motivated, competitive, and accountable.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- CRM or sales database experience preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in the Miami / Kendall area.
- Base salary plus commission opportunities
