About the Role
Goldsands Group Inc. is looking for an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our New York office.
This role will support management, client service, documentation, basic HR administration, payroll coordination, payment records, and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing when necessary.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files, records, forms, and documentation.
- Coordinate client appointments, meetings, calls, and office schedules.
- Answer and route calls, emails, messages, and general client inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain client folders, agreements, forms, payment records, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Assist with booking, closing, cancellation, file-transfer, and other client documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, absence, and basic personnel records.
- Prepare payroll-related information based on approved attendance, salary, commissions, bonuses, deductions, and other authorized adjustments.
- Coordinate payroll information with management or the designated payroll/accounting provider.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary, client payment, and company information.
- Assist management with office expenses, invoices, vendor records, reports, and administrative correspondence.
- Support client events, seminars, meetings, and other company activities.
- Provide general administrative support to management and the sales team as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in office administration, operations, HR support, client service, or a related role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable maintaining attendance, payroll, payment, and administrative records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and client-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred: Experience in real estate, hospitality, sales, or another client-facing business. Bilingual English/Bangla is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time | On-site
Jackson Heights, New York
Annual Salary: 36,000-50,000
Final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.
