AlCuMet, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified NDT X-Ray Level I Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the radiographic inspection of cast components to detect discontinuities and ensure compliance with customer and industry specifications.
- Perform radiographic (X-ray) inspections under the direct supervision of a Level II or III technician.
- Set up and calibrate X-ray equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
- Prepare and position investment castings for X-ray inspection.
- Handle film processing
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Follow all applicable NDT procedures, customer specifications, and safety protocols.
- Support general quality and production activities as needed.
