Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive a company van to get students to and from school.
- Stick to assigned routes and schedules with safety always first.
- Complete simple vehicle checks and report any issues.
- Communicate in a positive and professional way with students, parents, and staff.
- Assist students during pick-up and drop-off when needed.
- Keep accurate trip records (mileage, number of students, etc.).
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required).
- Prior driving experience (shuttle, delivery, bus, or van) is a plus — but not required, we’ll train you.
- Strong people skills with clear, kind communication.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to pass background checks.
