Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Creative Strategist to help build the Assurity brand from the ground up. This role focuses on developing high-quality marketing assets, shaping clear messaging, and supporting product and program launches with press‑ready materials that increase visibility and pickup.
You will help define how the market understands Assurity, translate ideas into compelling narratives, and produce the creative content that drives awareness and trust. This includes supporting press releases and media-facing assets that help our launches get recognized by industry outlets.
The ideal candidate blends strategy, execution, and creativity. You should be comfortable working directly with leadership, taking a rough concept, refining it into a strong message, and then building the assets and campaigns that bring that message to life across web, email, content, partnerships, and customer-facing materials.
You don’t need to be a specialist in every marketing channel. We’re looking for someone who thinks clearly, writes exceptionally well, understands the customer, uses modern tools effectively, and executes independently with a high bar for quality.
What You’ll Do
- You will help build the marketing foundation for Assurity, including:
- Brand messaging and positioning for both consumers and businesses
- Campaign ideas that drive awareness, trust, and action
- Website and landing page messaging
- Email campaigns and customer communication
- Educational content that explains why proper repairs matter
- Marketing materials for consumers, shops, partners, and industry audiences
- Launch plans for new initiatives, partnerships, and platform updates
- Conversion-focused improvements across the website and registration flows
- Campaign tracking, performance reporting, and recommendations for what to test next
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, brand marketing, content marketing, startup marketing, or a related role
- Strong writing and messaging skills
- Ability to communicate clearly to both everyday consumers and business audiences
- Comfortable turning complex ideas into simple, compelling marketing messages
- Experience creating or supporting campaigns across web, email, content, paid ads, partnerships, or other marketing channels
- A strong sense of what makes people pay attention, trust a company, and take action
- Comfortable using AI tools to research, draft, organize, test, and improve marketing work
- Able to work independently in a remote startup environment
- Able to think strategically but also execute hands-on
Helpful Experience
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:
- B2B and B2C marketing
- Marketplaces, certification platforms, SaaS, local services, automotive, insurance, professional services, or consumer trust-based businesses
- Building marketing systems from scratch
- Writing landing pages, email campaigns, ads, sales collateral, or educational content
- Running or supporting paid campaigns, email campaigns, content campaigns, or partnership campaigns

Assurity is a 100% remote company. There will be no “back to office” calls.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
