Qualifications
Preferred:
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Used vehicle sales experience
- Special finance or subprime lending experience
Required:
- Proven sales ability and customer service skills
- Strong phone and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Valid driver's license
What You'll Do
- Follow up with internet, phone, and dealership leads
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers daily
- Build relationships and generate referral business
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
- Explain financing options and the Byrider program
- Overcome objections and close sales professionally
- Maintain customer information within CRM software
- Work closely with management to achieve sales goals
