Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to join our assisted living community. Whether you are an HHA, PCA, or an experienced caregiver, this role is essential in providing high-quality, respectful care that enhances the daily lives of our residents.

Schedule for Part-time:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide hands-on support while encouraging independence and dignity
- Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team
- Support infection control and safety protocols at all times
- Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
Qualifications:
- HHA or PCA certification preferred, but not required with strong caregiving experience
- Prior experience in assisted living, home care, or long-term care strongly preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused mindset
- Reliable, responsible, and professional
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role (lifting, assisting with mobility, etc.)
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
