Seeking Experienced RN or LPN for Night Shifts – ALS Patient CareWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide overnight care for a young man diagnosed with ALS.Schedule:
- 5–12 hour night shifts over a two-week period
- Specific dates and hours to be discussed
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN licensure
- Experience with:
- Tracheostomy (trach) care
- Straight-line suctioning
- Preferred background in:
- ICU nursing
- Rehabilitation nursing
- Complex respiratory care
Patient Information:
- Young adult male with ALS
- Non-verbal
- Communicates independently using a speech-generating device controlled by eye gaze
- Requires attentive, skilled nursing care and support throughout overnight shifts
Ideal Candidate:
- Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable caring for patients with advanced neuromuscular conditions
- Able to respond confidently to respiratory and airway management needs
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
