Job Description
As a Lawn & Landscape Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial properties through a variety of landscaping tasks. You will work under a crew leader and be expected to carry out duties safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing tasks
- Conduct seasonal cleanups, mulch and rock installation, and planting
- Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools
- Assist with sod laying, bush trimming, and minor hardscape tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
- Safely load/unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Follow directions from the crew leader and complete jobs on time
- Maintain professional behavior and appearance at all job sites
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional landscaping experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Trailer driving experience preferred (loading, backing, and maneuvering)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable transportation to and from the shop or job sites
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Schedule
- Monday to Saturday availability
- Start times typically 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (may vary by season)
- Overtime available during peak season
