About the Role
We are looking for a licensed Aesthetician or Medical Assistant to join our clinical team and deliver premium, results-driven treatments in a luxury setting. Candidates from either background are welcome to apply — we will match your training and licensure to the appropriate treatments and scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform treatments within your scope of practice (e.g., facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, injectables support, body contouring, or other non-invasive procedures)
- Perform laser and radiofrequency treatments (training provided)
- Conduct client consultations to assess skin/body concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, home skincare regimens, and retail products
- Support providers with pre- and post-treatment care as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all clinic safety standards
- Support retail and package sales through client education and product recommendations
- Represent the clinic's standards of service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Experience performing aesthetic or clinical treatments preferred
- Strong communication and client-consultation skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, pricing, and product recommendations
- Detail-oriented with strong adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- Professional presence and ability to thrive in an upscale, fast-paced environment
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping clients feel confident
