Interviewing experienced landscape installers and maintenance workers. Basic knowledge of workplace safety, care and use of hand and power tools, good driving record a must. Do you love working outdoors? Like plants? Want to work year-round or nearly so, learn new skills in horticulture, have opportunities to grow and develop as we grow? At least two years of experience (not counting mowing crew) preferred. Greenhouse or nursery experience helpful. Habla Se Espanol? Both English and Spanish speakers welcome. Some indoor work, some work on ladders and lifts seasonally, lots of variety and new things to learn. Annual drug testing may be done. We train specific skills, looking for people who already know they like to work outside. We do a lot with seasonal color planting and care, landscape installation and maintenance, including pruning and plant division. We install holiday decor inside and out. We decorate with plants for indoor events. Experience with tractors, trailers, boom lifts a plus. Diverse workforce in age, gender, ethnicity.
