Position Overview
As a Warehouse Inventory associate, you will assist with activities including receiving shipments, uploading new inventory into our warehouse management system, cycle counts, restocking inventory and other daily activities as needed.

- Previous experience with inventory in a fast-paced or high-volume warehouse environment. (1-2 years recommended)
- A strong team player who communicates well and supports coworkers
- Comfortable working efficiently while maintaining high accuracy standards
- Willing to learn new processes and take feedback positively
- Proactive mindset with a desire to help improve operations and contribute to company growth
- Someone who wants more than just a job and is interested in growing with an expanding brand
Key Responsibilities
- Daily restocking of key items
- Break down pallets and organize incoming inventory
- Tag, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse racks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to receive shipments asap
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed during high-volume periods
- Weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory is correct
Schedule Options
Available shift:
- Thursday-Monday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Monday-Friday 10:30AM -7:00 PM
Requirements
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs overhead
- Strong attention to detail (order accuracy is our #1 priority)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work hard and help the team meet deadlines
- Ability to receive and unload shipments weekly
- Must be able to work in person at our Lake Forest, CA warehouse

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
