Job Summary

Duties
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions designed to improve communication, social skills, and daily living activities for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment plans
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting, to promote independence
- Implement behavior management strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and reinforce positive actions
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency across environments and provide training on behavior support techniques
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Support clients during therapy sessions with patience, empathy, and professionalism while adhering to safety protocols
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation standards, and medical records management is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and families
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and data collection procedures accurately
- Patience, compassion, and a proactive attitude toward supporting behavioral health needs
Schedule Requirements
We are currently seeking an ABA therapist who is available to work 3 mornings per week from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM. Saturday must be one of the scheduled workdays. Consistent availability during these hours is required.
