As we grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our team in a high-impact role that blends customer service, scheduling, and operations coordination.
In this role, you’ll serve as the central hub between our customers and field technicians—ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish:

Handle high-volume inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

Schedule service appointments and optimize technician dispatch routes

Provide real-time updates, answer questions, and manage follow-up communication

Accurately enter job details, notes, and updates into our system (CRM/ServiceTitan)

Coordinate daily with HVAC technicians to ensure timeliness and efficiency

Support office operations during peak seasons (including urgent service demand)

Help maintain an organized workflow and contribute to a positive, team-driven environment

Experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or administrative support

Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling/CRM platforms (a plus)
