Role: Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care (IMCU/PCU)
Location: Utica, NY
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Positions Available: Local & Travel
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care for adult patients in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU).
- Care for patients with neuro, cardiac, trauma, respiratory, post-operative, and other intermediate-acuity conditions.
- Monitor and manage specialty equipment including temporary pacemakers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, and chronic ventilators.
- Document patient care using Epic EMR.
- Float to other units as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent IMCU/PCU experience.
- Prior travel nursing experience.
- Active New York RN license.
- Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Epic EMR experience required.
- Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are welcome (local pay applies).

Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,700.00 per week
