A well-established, high-demand private practice in Fort Wayne is seeking an associate dentist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced providers looking for strong mentorship, immediate patient flow, and long-term growth.

- Modern technology including digital scanners, lasers, and digital X-rays
- 10 operatories with dedicated doctor space
Compensation & Schedule:
- $800/day guarantee for first 3 months
- 35% of collections after guarantee period
- Full-time schedule with a great work-life balance (no evenings or weekends)
