PATROL SUPERVISOR
The Patrol Supervisor candidate must have at least 2 years of security supervisory background, extensive patrol experience and must have a flexible schedule to work any shift without restriction. This candidate must be able to work independently or as part of the team. Must be able to make decisions independently is essential. Strong communication, written and verbal skills is must for this position.
The duties of the Patrol Supervisor include but are not limited to the following:
-Patrolling company accounts
Must visit sites:
-To observe and make sure that all security guards are dressed in their proper company issued uniforms,
-Are performing their assigned duties according to Post orders
-Are following company policies and procedures as specified
-Able to write detailed daily reports and performing investigations of occurrences as necessary
-Must always be ready to stand post in cases of emergency and/or last-minute coverage needs
-Responding to emergencies and giving direction to employees as necessary
-Will work directly with Gadite Group Inc. management and HR Department to report employee misconduct, employee behavior that is against company policy, and assist in implementing the appropriate disciplinary actions towards employees who fail to follow company policy. This will also include employee write-ups
In addition, regular armed/unarmed guard duties will also apply to the Supervisor. Monitor activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing security and assuring the safety of client, client property and client’s personnel. Prohibit unauthorized access to facilities being secured; prevent theft or intentional destruction of physical assets.
Respond to unusual or emergency situations using the appropriate de-escalation techniques to solve the situation by applying the appropriate level of force as necessary to maintain the safety and lives of our officers and clients. Enforce regulations and orders for the site or the premises being secured.
The Patrol Supervisor must have the following:
Valid CA driver’s license
Clean DMV record
Valid Guard Card
Valid Exposed Firearm Permit
CPR/First Aid
Baton permit
Must be able to pass a background and drug test
