Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates will have experience in food service, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in both fine dining and nightclub settings.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Process cash register transactions accurately, including handling payments and providing change.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions effectively.
- Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and fine dining etiquette is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality are essential for success in this role.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus, as well as experience in nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
