We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive business growth through effective team leadership and local marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily café operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
- Deliver and maintain an outstanding customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and support team members across all operational areas.
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness, food safety, and company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and ordering.
- Process payroll and prepare reports on sales, labor, and operating expenses.
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, build community relationships, and actively promote the café to increase customer traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience; supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, payroll, and financial reporting is a plus.
Requirements
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts and remain active throughout the workday.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the café to ensure operational flexibility and timely support.
