We’re looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to lead from the front, develop people, and drive performance—while focusing on providing top-notch customer experience.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set the tone for your team and the entire sales experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Work deals, close opportunities, and support your team in real time
- Ensure all deals are clean, compliant, and ready for the business office
- Manage leads, pipeline activity, and daily sales performance
- Maintain a clean, well-merchandised lot and strong online presence
- Build a culture that reflects our values
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of RV/Automotive sales management experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
- Strong understanding of desking, deal structure, and closing
- Experience managing salespeople and sales operations
- Ability to move fast, think clearly, and solve problems on the fly
- A leadership style that builds trust and drives results
Schedule:
- Monday - Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Sundays off and a day off during the week)
- Must be available for Saturdays
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: 90,000 - 200,000+ (salary + commission)
- PTO, sick time, and paid holidays
- 401k plus matching
