We are currently expanding our team and seeking highly dependable, professional, and experienced Virginia Armed Security Officers for immediate placement at high-traffic, public-facing locations. These assignments require individuals who are confident, alert, and capable of maintaining control in fast-paced environments while delivering a high level of customer service.
This position is ideal for officers who take pride in their presence, understand the importance of professionalism, and can effectively balance security enforcement with positive public interaction. Officers will play a key role in ensuring a safe, secure, and well-managed environment for both staff and visitors on a daily basis.
Below are our current openings:
F140: Monday through Saturday 7am until 11 Am unless we have a call out or planned vacation then they will work at an location for the entire 7:30am-5:30pm shift must be able to cover all DMV's in this region
F101: Monday through Saturday 7:30am-5:30pm
A112: Monday 8am-4pm & Thursday-Saturday 8am-4pm
A110:Thursday-Friday 12am-8am & Saturday-Sunday 12am-12pm
~Floater must cover all regions in Fairfax~
Responsibilities:
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Qualifications:
Must have a current and valid armed VA DCJS license. (MUST HOLD A VIRGINIA STATE DCJS ARMED LICENSE)
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
Familiarity with security equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
