POSITION TITLE
Administrative Assistant
Are you an organized, detail-oriented multitasker with a knack for numbers? Marine Chevrolet is looking for a sharp, accounting-savvy Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly — and to grow with a dealership that's been a community favorite for 80 years!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call banks to check on the status of titles
- Filing
- Working with different state DMV’s to gather/complete appropriate documents for titles
- Sorting and organizing legal documents in files
- Running office errands
- Organizing invoices and assisting with accounts payable/receivable
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping, data entry, and reconciling financial records
- Cross-training in other positions to assist as needed
- Other duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience required
- Driver’s License
- Submits and completes a successful background check and pre-employment drug screen
